Meet Todd Vadnais
Todd Vadnais is the founder and chef behind Team Eats, a Lake Country–based catering service focused on feeding traveling sports teams. With decades of experience leading high-volume kitchens across Western Canada, Todd brings a standard of consistency, quality, and reliability built in demanding culinary environments.
After earning a diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science and spending over a decade involved in hockey as both a coach and parent, Todd recognized a gap in how athletes were being fed during competition. What began by preparing meals for his own teams in Calgary, and later the U18 Female A Kelowna Rockets, quickly evolved into a specialized service built around performance, efficiency, and proper nutrition.
Today, Team Eats supports programs such as Prairie Hockey Academy, the Calgary Axemen Lacrosse team, and the North Shore Warriors Academy, and has worked internationally with the Netherlands National Curling Team.
Todd’s focus is simple: deliver high-quality meals, on time, so teams can focus on competing.
